​Brief

We are to deconstruct our tectonic structure in project 2 , identify a dominant theme from our understanding of design elements and principles and enhance the structure to create a poetic architectural representation and our own reinterpretation of our 1:1 Tectonic. We need to further develop articulation and sensorial experience to highlight the beauty of the banal action of standing.

Reflection

This project is really brainstorming. I kept on reminding myself to view our bamboo structure with a fresh perspective as I need to relate it back to bamboo but cannot be the same as it. Design exploration is deeper this time. It is frustrated when something came into your mind and you thought it will be final one, but it always gets back to zero. However, that is design, you just need to keep on doing, trying.  Comments from external panel is useful for future projects.
